PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize 3D modeling and 2D CAD software to create detailed drawings, blueprints, and construction documents for various architectural elements, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
Review and organize architectural plans and consultant plans to ensure design consistency.
Being involved in all phases of the projects from schematic design through design development and construction documents.
Conduct research on materials, construction techniques, and industry trends to contribute valuable insights to the design process, supporting the creation of innovative and practical solutions.
Conduct on-site measurements to accurately capture existing conditions and take detailed photographs of project sites, documenting key features and elements. Maintain an organized database of site photos for reference and documentation purposes.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of projects, tasks, and design challenges inherent in a dynamic architectural environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Architectural / Interior Design / Civil Engineer background + knowledge of the construction industry. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture a plus.
0-3 years of working experience in architecture or interior design industries, in-school students with proof of pursuing Architecture or Interior Design degree in college or university are also welcome to apply.
Ability to draw plans in AutoCAD accurately and professionally, with sketchup 3D modeling and Adobe Photoshop skills preferred.
Must be able to assist with all phases of a project from Schematic Design through Construction Documents.
Team player willing to work towards deadlines and have excellent writing as well as verbal communicating skills.
Fluent in Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
